Q: I want to change or cancel my order; how can I do that?

A: Please call our Inside Sales department at (206)282-8670 to cancel your order, they will work with you to prevent material shipment (if it hasn’t already), or setting up an RMA.  See our terms and conditions for our full RMA policy

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: The Comm/Net online store accepts all major Credit and Debit cards

Q: What is the minimum order needed?

A: There are no minimum orders, if you only need one GMT fuse we can ship you that fuse at a reasonable rate

Q: Are there any discounts available?

A: If your order is more than $2000, please call our Inside Sales department at (206)282-8670 for custom pricing.

Q: I have my own FedEx/UPS account can I use that?

A: No, at this time we do not have the capability to allow customers to enter their own shipping account information. 

Q: My order didn’t arrive or arrived incorrectly, how can I remedy this?

A: We apologize for the error, please call our order fulfillment team at (206)282-8670 and we will work to remedy the situation as soon as possible.  Or you can click here to send us an email about your issue. 

Q: Does Comm/Net Systems charge sales tax.

A: Comm/Net Systems charges sales tax based on the shipping address listed.
